Menu content: Text, images, and pricing information you upload to create your digital menu.

Billing information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We retain records of plan type, billing amount, and transaction dates.

Usage data: We may collect basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and service improvement purposes.

Communications: If you contact us, we retain the content of those communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts, trial reminders).
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Respond to support requests.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in while you use the Service. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No third-party cookies are set by MenuMKT.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping obligations (typically up to 7 years for billing records).
