By creating an account or using MenuMKT ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MenuMKT is a software-as-a-service platform that allows restaurant owners and food businesses to create, publish, and share digital menus via a unique URL and QR code. The Service includes AI-assisted menu import, menu editing tools, and QR code generation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your public menu will be suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained and restored upon subscription.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise MenuMKT to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service, including menu text, images, and pricing information ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant MenuMKT a limited licence to host, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring Your Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The MenuMKT name, logo, platform design, and software are owned by MenuMKT and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenuMKT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
